2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 cups of all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of garlic powder
2 tablespoons of onion powder
2 tablespoons of paprika
2 teaspoons of black pepper
2 teaspoons of salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten

Directions
In a large bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix until combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and buttermilk. Set aside.
Dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture, making sure the chicken is completely coated.
