Ingredients

  • 1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 bunch of fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until shrimp and asparagus are evenly coated.
  3. Spread evenly onto a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through and asparagus is tender.
