Ingredients
- 1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bunch of fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until shrimp and asparagus are evenly coated.
- Spread evenly onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through and asparagus is tender.
