Ingredients
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup diced onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

Directions

Add the wine and bring to a simmer.
Add the parsley and thyme and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve over mashed potatoes, roasted chicken, or other favorite comfort foods.
Interesting Facts
This gravy is naturally lower in fat than traditional recipes.
It's also gluten-free, as it doesn't contain any flour.
You can easily double the recipe if needed.
