Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the Panko, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Dip the salmon fillets in the Panko-Parmesan mixture, pressing lightly to make sure the mixture sticks.
