Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- ¾ cup buffalo sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup blue cheese dressing
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Season with salt and pepper.
- Form the mixture into four equal-sized patties.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the burgers and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- To assemble the burgers, place a lettuce leaf on each bun. Place a cooked burger on top of the lettuce and top with a slice of tomato. Drizzle with the blue cheese dressing.
