Ingredients

  • 2 cans of tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 cup of diced onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of white wine
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups of cooked macaroni

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the white wine and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the cream and cheddar cheese and stir until the cheese is melted.
  5. Add the oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  6. Add the tuna and macaroni and stir until heated through.
  7. Serve immediately.
