Ingredients
1 gallon of cold water
1 cup of salt
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of dried herbs (thyme, basil, oregano, rosemary, etc)

1 whole turkey, giblets removed
Directions
In a large stockpot, combine the cold water, salt, sugar, herbs, and peppercorns.
