Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C.
  2. Wash and dry the kale. Remove the tough stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Place the kale pieces in a large bowl and add the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper (if desired).
  4. Mix the kale until all pieces are coated in the oil and seasonings.
  5. Spread the kale out on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the kale is crispy.
  6. Enjoy!
