  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped mint
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomato
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4-6 pieces of flatbread


  1. Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix together until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the parsley, mint, tomato, and olive oil. Mix together until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Divide the beef mixture into four equal portions and place each portion onto a flatbread. Spread the parsley, mint, and tomato mixture on top of the beef.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the flatbread is golden brown and the beef is cooked through. Serve hot.
