Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped mint
- 1/4 cup chopped tomato
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4-6 pieces of flatbread
Directions
- Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix together until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- In a small bowl, combine the parsley, mint, tomato, and olive oil. Mix together until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Divide the beef mixture into four equal portions and place each portion onto a flatbread. Spread the parsley, mint, and tomato mixture on top of the beef.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the flatbread is golden brown and the beef is cooked through. Serve hot.
