Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, salsa, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and dip is heated through.
- Serve warm with chips, crackers, or vegetables.
