Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, pepper, sage, red pepper flakes, paprika, nutmeg, and allspice.
  2. Mix the ingredients until they are thoroughly combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 15 minutes, or until cooked through.
