Ingredients

  • 4 cups diced watermelon

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, roughly chopped

  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced watermelon, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, and sea salt. Stir until well combined.
