Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch pie pan.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture.
Stir in the vanilla, chocolate chips and walnuts. Spread the mixture into the prepared pie pan.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool before serving.

This pie can be frozen for up to 3 months.
