- 2/3 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together tahini, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in vanilla extract and egg until well blended.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
