- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond meal/flour, salt, and chocolate chips until combined.
- In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add the sugar and continue to beat until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the almond meal/flour mixture, vanilla extract, almond extract, and peanut butter until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, about an inch apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
