  • 2 packages of unflavored gelatin powder
  • 4 cups of cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup of white sugar
  • 1/2 cup of cold water


  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberry juice and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the gelatin powder. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 9 inch square baking pan.
  4. Refrigerate for 4 hours, or until the gelatin is firm.
  5. Cut the gelatin into squares and serve.
