Ingredients
- 2 packages of unflavored gelatin powder
- 4 cups of cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup of white sugar
- 1/2 cup of cold water
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberry juice and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is dissolved.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and add the gelatin powder. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into a 9 inch square baking pan.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours, or until the gelatin is firm.
- Cut the gelatin into squares and serve.
