Ingredients
1 cup rye flour
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 package active dry yeast

Directions
In a large bowl, combine the rye flour, all-purpose flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. Stir to combine.
Add the oil, warm water, and molasses. Mix until a soft dough forms.

Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
Punch down the dough and shape into a round. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet and let rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake the bread for 30 minutes, or until it is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
