Ingredients
- 2 cups of whole milk
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of chili powder
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Ground cinnamon, for topping

Directions
- In a medium saucepan, heat the milk over medium-low heat until it’s steaming but not boiling.
- Add the cocoa powder, sugar, cinnamon, and chili powder to the milk and whisk until everything is combined.
- Continue to whisk the mixture until it’s hot and frothy, about 5 minutes.
- Pour the hot chocolate into mugs and top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a sprinkle of chili powder.
