Ingredients
- 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Salt, to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, basil, rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken to the bowl and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and season with salt, to taste.
- Grill the chicken for 8-10 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Serve hot.
