Ingredients
- 6 plums, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F/175C.
- In a large bowl, combine the plums, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, coriander, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the plums out in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the plums are soft and the edges are slightly charred.
- Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
