Ingredients
- 2 cups of shredded cabbage
- 1 cup of diced pineapple
- 1/4 cup of chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- 2 teaspoons of white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, pineapple, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, honey, lime juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill before serving.
