Ingredients
- 1 package of ramen noodles
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of coriander
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 1 cup of diced onion
- 1/2 cup of diced red bell pepper
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen peas
- 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
- In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to the package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala, red chili powder, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
- Add the onion and bell pepper and cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the peas, tomatoes, and cooked noodles. Stir to combine and cook until heated through, about 3 minutes.
- Garnish with the cilantro and serve hot.
