Ingredients
- 1 package (16 ounces) potato gnocchi
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add gnocchi and cook according to package instructions.

- Gradually whisk in chicken broth until smooth. Stir in cream and bring to a simmer.

- Drain cooked gnocchi and add to skillet. Toss to coat with sauce.
