Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup white miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the miso, tahini, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Slowly add the water, whisking until the dressing is smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
