Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1 onion, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the teriyaki sauce, olive oil, bell peppers, zucchini, onion, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Thread the vegetables onto skewers, then place on the grill. Grill for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Serve with extra teriyaki sauce, if desired.
