Ingredients
- 2 pounds of chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, olive oil, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken pieces and mix until all of the pieces are coated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place the chicken pieces on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with additional tzatziki sauce, if desired.
