Ingredients
- 1 pound of bacon slices
- 1 head of lettuce, torn into pieces
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy.
- Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the butter to the skillet and melt over medium heat.
- Add the garlic to the skillet and sauté for one minute.
- Add the lettuce pieces to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
- Cover the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the lettuce is wilted.
- Add the bacon back to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Serve warm.
