Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grape jelly
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup seedless grapes, halved

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together garlic, grape jelly, olive oil, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Place chicken breasts in an oven-safe baking dish and pour garlic and grape mixture over the top.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Add grapes to the dish and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
