Ingredients
- 1 spaghetti squash
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- Drizzle the squash with olive oil and sprinkle with chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove the squash from the oven and use a fork to scrape out the strands of squash.
- Top with shredded cheese and enjoy!
