Quick and Spicy Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 spaghetti squash
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  3. Drizzle the squash with olive oil and sprinkle with chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove the squash from the oven and use a fork to scrape out the strands of squash.
  6. Top with shredded cheese and enjoy!
