Ingredients
- 1 cup masa harina (corn flour)

- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the masa harina, salt, and warm water until a stiff dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes, then cover with a damp cloth and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and roll each one into a ball.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
- Take one of the dough balls and flatten it out into a circle using your hands.
- Place the flattened dough into the hot skillet and cook for 1 minute, then flip and cook for another minute until lightly browned.
- Repeat with the remaining dough balls, adding more oil as needed.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
