Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes

Directions

Stir in the mashed sweet potatoes, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, and salt.
Mix in the evaporated milk until the mixture is creamy.
Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool before serving.
