Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 (16 ounce) package of frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream
Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic, ginger, turmeric, cumin, cayenne pepper, and salt, and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Add the chicken and onion, and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the spinach and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the cream and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.
