Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 banana, peeled and frozen
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Directions

  1. Add the frozen pineapple, banana, and coconut milk to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste and add honey, if desired.
