Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, Sriracha, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Stir to combine.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the salmon with the soy sauce mixture.
