Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 slices of prosciutto
- 16 fresh sage leaves
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Lay out the chicken breasts on a cutting board. Place two slices of prosciutto and four sage leaves on each chicken breast.
- Lightly season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Place the flour in a shallow dish. Dip each chicken breast into the flour to coat both sides, shaking off any excess flour.
