Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup lukewarm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 egg, beaten for glaze
- Sesame seeds, for topping
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt. Add the lukewarm water and olive oil and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough until it is soft and pliable. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a round ball. Place the balls onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated 375 degree F oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool before serving.
