Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the blueberries, sugar, lemon zest, salt, and vanilla extract. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the flour and melted butter until crumbly. Stir in the cold water until the mixture forms a dough.
