Ingredients
- 1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Mix until evenly blended.
- Pour buttermilk into a separate bowl.
- Dip each shrimp into the buttermilk, then into the flour mixture, making sure to coat both sides evenly.
- Place the shrimp in an air fryer basket and spray lightly with oil.
- Cook at 375 degrees F for 8 minutes, flipping the shrimp halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
