Ingredients
- 3 cups of mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 1/3 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of Tennessee whiskey
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup of light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the mashed sweet potatoes, melted butter, brown sugar, Tennessee whiskey, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
- Spread the sweet potato mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the pecans, light brown sugar, and flour.
- Sprinkle the pecan mixture over the top of the sweet potato mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
- Serve warm.
