Ingredients

  • 2 cups roasted peanuts, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the crushed peanuts, honey, flour, baking powder, and salt until well blended.
  2. Slowly add the water and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts and form into patties.
  4. Place the patties on a greased baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm or at room temperature.
