Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 cups miniature marshmallows
- 6 cups crisp rice cereal
- 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup caramel bits
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat.
- Add brown sugar, salt, and corn syrup. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
- Add cereal, coconut flakes, caramel bits, and chocolate chips. Stir until combined.
- Pour mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
- Press mixture into dish and let cool.
- Cut into bars and serve.
