Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup light corn syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 cups miniature marshmallows
6 cups crisp rice cereal
1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
1 cup caramel bits
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat.
Add brown sugar, salt, and corn syrup. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
Add cereal, coconut flakes, caramel bits, and chocolate chips. Stir until combined.
Pour mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Press mixture into dish and let cool.
Cut into bars and serve.
