Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and salt. Add the melted butter and sugar and stir until well blended.
  3. Spread the batter into the prepared baking dish. Spread the blueberries over the batter. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the blueberries.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
