Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/4 cup pineapple juice

Directions
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, pineapple juice, and cornstarch. Stir until smooth.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 2 minutes, or until thickened.
Remove from the heat and stir in the cooked meatballs.
Serve over cooked white rice.
