Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 (8-ounce) package sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Directions

  1. Place the chicken, onion, mushrooms, garlic, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper in a slow cooker. Stir to combine.
