Directions

Add the garlic, cumin, paprika, and cinnamon and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Gently crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny, about 2 minutes.
Garnish with parsley, if desired, and serve warm.
