Directions

Add the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, ginger, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Add the turkey and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the turkey is cooked through.
Stir in the water chestnuts and green onions. Cook for 1 minute.
Spoon the mixture into the lettuce leaves. Serve warm.
