- 1/2 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup canned water chestnuts, diced
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 head lettuce, leaves separated
Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, carrot, celery, and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, ginger, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Add the turkey and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the turkey is cooked through.
- Stir in the water chestnuts and green onions. Cook for 1 minute.
- Spoon the mixture into the lettuce leaves. Serve warm.
