Ingredients
- 1 head napa cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, red onion, bell pepper and blue cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 3 hours before serving.
