1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained

1/4 cup of diced red onion
1/4 cup of diced red pepper

Directions

In a small bowl, mix together the lime juice, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Pour the lime juice mixture over the bean and corn mixture and toss to combine.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
