- 1 pound flank steak
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 4-6 large flour tortillas
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Rub the flank steak with the olive oil and season with the garlic powder, oregano, basil, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the steak over medium-high heat for 7-10 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.
- Remove the steak from the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice the steak into thin strips.
- Lay out the flour tortillas and top each one with the steak slices, Parmesan cheese, and additional herbs and seasoning, if desired.
- Roll up the tortillas and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown and the steak is cooked through.
- Serve warm.
