Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, dill weed, pepper, and salt. Mix until well blended.
  2. Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap in waxed paper. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. When ready to serve, unwrap and roll the ball in chopped nuts, if desired. Serve with crackers or other dippers.
